After leaving my job where I was under IBM health insurance, I went to work at another company, I plan to quit that job soon. Can I become a Special-Case Retired Insured Person under IBM health insurance?

To become a Special-Case Retired Insured Person, you must be eligible to receive Old-Age Employees' Pension, and either have been an insured person under the IBM Japan Health Insurance Association for at least 20 years or insured under the IBM Japan Health Insurance Association for at least 10 years since your 40th birthday. If you meet these requirements, you can become a Special-Case Retired Insured Person, even if you worked at another company.
