Can I use health insurance right away for a bone fracture?

A physician's consent is required before using health insurance for visits to a judotherapist for a bone fracture or dislocation. Since a judotherapist cannot take X-rays or conduct surgical operations, you should go to a hospital first, in most cases. However, you may go to a judotherapist to receive first-aid treatment without a physician's consent.
