Can I use health insurance to pay for treatments for sports-related fatigue or muscle pain?

While you can use health insurance to pay for treatments for muscle pain for which the cause of injury is clear, you cannot use health insurance for fatigue therapy. Additionally, you cannot use health insurance for the "quick massage" or "reflexology" services that have become popular recently.
