Can I use health insurance to pay for massage (for stiff shoulders or eyestrain, or foot massage) at a clinic that advertises discounts for introducing others or extended time or other discounts for showing my health insurance card?

No. You cannot use health insurance to pay for treatments for "quick massages" or massages provided at fitness centers. Additionally, discounts and other special offers in return for showing your health insurance card do not count as health insurance benefits.
