Submit claims grouped by individual treated and subdivided by the month of the examination or treatment, by the name of the pharmacy or medical care institution, and by outpatient or inpatient care. For this reason, if you qualify for additional benefits for medical care costs (i.e., benefits provided by the Health Insurance Association independently in addition to statutory benefits), they will be calculated and paid similarly grouped by individual treated, by outpatient or inpatient care, and by medical care institution, on a monthly basis.
