What's the deadline for applying to become a voluntarily and continuously insured person?

You must submit your application within 20 days after the date you lose your eligibility as a regular insured person. Only submit this application if you want to become a voluntarily and continuously insured person. Persons who do not wish to become voluntarily and continuously insured persons, such as those who will be insured under health insurance provided by their new employer, those who will join National Health Insurance, and those who will become dependents under a family member's health insurance, do not need to submit the application form.
