Can I withdraw during the coverage period after becoming a Special-Case Retired Person?

Note that by law, you cannot withdraw from the program after becoming a Special-Case Retired Person except in the following cases:
(1) You become an insured person under another health insurance plan due to new employment.
(2) You become eligible for the longevity medical care system (age 75).
(3) Your residence changes to an overseas address (attach cancellation of your certificate of residence in Japan).
(4) Your death
(5) You begin to receive livelihood protection benefits.
(6) You become a dependent under another health insurance plan (not including National Health Insurance).
(7) You fail to pay your health insurance premiums by the due date. (Note that you cannot rejoin the system after failing to pay premiums.)
