If a husband and wife both work and both are insured under health insurance, is the wife eligible to receive the Childbirth and Childcare Lump-sum Grant from the husband's health insurance if she gives birth?
When both spouses work and both are insured persons, the wife would receive benefits under her own health insurance plan. For this reason, she cannot receive the Childbirth and Childcare Lump-sum Grant or other benefits from her husband's health insurance plan.
