If you fall ill and are unable to work while receiving a Maternity Allowance, the payment of Maternity Allowance will take precedence. You will become eligible for the injury and sickness allowance if you remain unable to work after the end of the Maternity Allowance payment period.

If you become eligible to receive a Maternity Allowance while receiving an injury and sickness allowance, payment of injury and sickness allowance will be suspended during the time you receive the Maternity Allowance. You will receive injury and sickness allowance once again when the payment period for the Maternity Allowance ends.
