Who does the category of persons with intractable diseases and others eligible for nursing on a visitation basis include?

This category includes persons with intractable diseases, persons with severe physical disabilities, persons in the prime of their life who become bedridden due to a stroke or other conditions, or cancer patients who want to spend their last days at home.
