The influenza vaccine subsidy is limited to once a year per person. This is limited to no more than 3,000 yen per insured person. If you require a second vaccination, you must cover the costs yourself.
Even if you receive the first vaccination at the company, and the second is then received at an external medical clinic, you cannot apply for the subsidy.
Also note that the subsidy for dependents is limited to 2,000 yen per person even if he or she gets vaccinated twice.
