I am an employee at an affiliate. I am an IBM Japan HIA member, but I don't have a CAS card for any of the locations that vaccinations will be performed at. Can I receive the vaccination?

Health practitioners cannot escort employees into work sites. Please visit your local medical clinic to receive the flu vaccine. You should apply to the IBM Japan HIA for the subsidy to cover the costs of receiving the vaccination at the clinic. Insured individuals will receive a full refund. For more details, please see:
